We offer a seamless referral process to ensure coordinated care. You can either submit a digital referral directly through our secure online portal on this page for a faster, paperless process, or you can download our PDF Referral Form, complete it, and email it to oes-marketing@oasiseye.my. Our team will promptly review the referral and arrange the necessary appointments.
Yes. When submitting a referral, you can select the preferred OasisEye branch closest to your patient (including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kuching, and more). You also have the option to refer your patient to a specific ophthalmologist of your choice based on their subspecialty needs.
