Dr. Sunder Ramasamy is a Consultant Ophthalmologist and Paediatric Eye Specialist with over two decades of clinical experience in Malaysia and Singapore. After obtaining his Master of Surgery in Ophthalmology, he completed a subspecialty fellowship in Paediatric Ophthalmology at the Singapore National Eye Centre and KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. His areas of practice include adult cataract surgery, adult squint correction, and the management of a wide range of childhood eye conditions, including myopia management, strabismus, amblyopia (lazy eye), and paediatric cataracts. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Sunder is actively involved in research and medical education. He has published more than 12 peer-reviewed scientific papers, lectures part-time at SEGi University, and serves as a committee member of the Malaysia Advocacy for Myopia Prevention (MAMP).
