Dr. Wong is a consultant ophthalmic surgeon with sub-specialist interests in cataract, medical retinal diseases and intraocular inflammatory diseases / uveitis. He graduated as a Medical Doctor (MD) from Universiti Kebangsaan (UKM) Malaysia in 2001. He completed his ophthalmology specialist training and was conferred Master of Surgery (Ophthalmology) at UKM in 2009. He is registered on the National Specialist Registry Malaysia for Ophthalmology. He has extensive work experience at the leading medical institution, Sydney Eye Hospital, Australia, where he was offered and completed the double sub-specialty training in Medical Retina and the distinguished Professorial Fellowship in Uveitis.
